2. Can we brand LegalConnect to look like our business?

Yes you can. With LegalConnect, you can use your company logo as well as a custom URL such as yourcompany.www.legalconnect.com throughout the system. We can also integrate the LegalConnect customer signup wizard with your existing website for an additional fee.

3. Is my company and customer data secure in LegalConnect?

At LegalConnect, we take security of your data very seriously. We employ industry standard security protocols to safeguard your data. All of your data is hosted and stored at a world-class hosting facility and data is transmitted over a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) connection with 256-bit encryption. You can rest easy knowing that LegalConnect is the foundation that you can run your legal support business on while being completely branded to your company, and offering tools and security to get the job done.

4. What does LegalConnect integrate with?

As a comprehensive solution, LegalConnect integrates with a fully PCI compliant payment gateway as well as QuickBooks Online so you can securely manage billing, send electronic invoices and get paid faster.

5. Will LegalConnect integrate with all electronic filing (eFiling) courts and electronic filing managers (EFMs) in California?

Yes. LegalConnect is fully integrated with Orange County and San Francisco County Courts. We’re also in the process of integrating with other counties in CA implementing eFiling over the coming months.

6. Does LegalConnect support multiple customer account types?

Yes. LegalConnect supports a wide range of customer account types; including law firms, self-represented litigants, government agencies and more. When setting up your instance, you are able to select which customer account types you are interested in servicing.

7. Does LegalConnect support multiple products and service types?

LegalConnect offers a suite of legal support services that allows our partners to provide a full range of services to their customers. You can elect to offer the full suite of services with LegalConnect or specialize in those services you provide your customers today.
