Gloria Basem serves as Chief People Officer at Proceed, where she leads the company’s people strategy, human resources, leadership development, and employee experience. Her work focuses on strengthening organizational culture, supporting continued growth, and bringing together the strengths of teams across Proceed and its acquired companies.
Gloria brings 15 years of executive experience in human resources, having previously served as Chief People Officer in technology and professional services organizations. Throughout her career, she has provided leadership across more than 30 mergers and acquisitions, led organizational transformations, built and strengthened HR functions, and created programs that support employee development and career advancement.
Gloria holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources and Organizational Studies from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Temple University.
